Wow, it's been a year sine we debuted our Rooted Tasting event! This year we’re back with Rooted: Holiday School. Do you desire to host an elegant stress free holiday soiree? Do you want to create a menu with a spin on classic dishes and give a nod to your heritage?
Then this class for you! Chef Rosilind will be hosing our first hands-on social cooking class just in time for the holidays.
In this class you learn to make a festive southern inspired holiday menu and then sit down down to enjoy jthe fruits of your labor at a family style meal. Throughout the class Chef Rosilind will be guiding and walking you all through each recipe as you create the meal. You will also receive all the recipes as well as tips and tricks to make your next holiday meal a success.

Appetizer: Collard Green Hushpuppies
Sides: Oyster dressing
Main: Creole spiced turkey roulade stuffed with kale & sausage
Dessert: Sweet potato pie bread pudding
