Chef Rosilind is a passionate creator.

I'm an educator, chef, and food photographer.  I was born and raised in Grand Rapids, MI and now live in the Great State of Texas by way of FL and GA.  My Midwestern roots make my taste buds long for St. Louis style BBQ but I'm being lured by the smoke-filled Texas air down the cattle trail towards brisket.​

I was the founder and Chief Cookie Decorator of The Dough Bar where I spent 8 years crafting beautifully curated designer sugar cookies.  I have a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising an MBA as well as a certified Chef Professional by the American Culinary Federation.

​These days I spend the majority of my time educating high school students in the craft of culinary arts, and now I want the opportunity to help “You” reach your culinary heights.
